Romance, historical, cowboy/rancher leaves one night stand pregnant

Hi!

This is a book I remember my grandma having and I'd like to grab her a new copy. I think it was one of those monthly romance books you could sub to in the 90/00s.

She was a virgin, something like her drunk dad dying set her on a bender and she ended up pregnant to a rancher/cowboy. He leaves and somehow they meet up, i think by accident when she moves across the US, I think in a wagon with other families. I'm not sure on the ending but he is badly injured at some point...

Hope this is enough for someone to recognise!
