Gonzo Pants | 1 comments A first person account of British or English man in the 1700,s that was convicted of a crime and sent aboard a slave ship with other inmates to colonize Australia.
It follows his conviction, the trip, the settling and ultimately earning his freedom after a certain amount of years served.
Somehow Throughout the whole ordeal, he was able to carry a special stone with him that he would pour water through and it would seep through and purify the water enough to keep him from becoming sick.

Gonzo, around what year did you read this book?
Is this or non-fiction or fiction?

Can you tell us more about the man - his crime, was he falsely convicted, his age, rich/poor, job/skills/interests, family/friends, etc.? Was he deported alone or with family/friends?

Does the book offer first-person accounts for a number of convicted criminals?
