Dora Christine Fisher | 109 comments I'm looking for either autobiography or a memoir about a woman's account of pioneer life or being a settler. Thank you for any suggestions. I've already read Trials of the earth, it was an amazing book.

I think this meets your criteria perfectly. I listened to the audiobook and really enjoyed it. The diary belongs to the great grandmother of the author and she did a very good job with the storytelling.
