I agree! As evidence, I consider every time that I set a goal for myself. For instance, in college I watched a documentary about soda and it's health effects and immediately said, "I'm not drinking that anymore." And I didn't! Despite the sugar addiction and our bodily cravings for refined sugar, I had set the design for my life and followed it.
