Designing Your Life is all about the exercises it suggests. What was your favorite exercise and why? Were there any you didn't enjoy? Were there any that produced surprising answers?

I love the activity log... if I do it over time, it helps me show where I enjoy putting my energy. And FLOW states are where it's at- I'm apparently only in flow when writing or working out (or playing video games),
