Quinton Wall (quintonwall) | 16 comments Hi all,

I previously announced my book, The Seed of Hope, a YA fantasy story about six kids who grow up in a small town where magic grows on trees, ---literally.

I also set up a Goodreads contest to giveaway five signed copies of the book when it is released.

I was just informed by my publisher that there has been some unavoidable production delays, and the book will ship ~ six weeks late.

For all of you who have either registered for the giveaway, or added my book to your bookshelf, I wanted to apologize for the delay.

Im currently working on an audiobook version which I will give away free from my site,, but would also like to offer a free copy of the ebook to anyone waiting on the print release. Just respond to this post, or send me an email (quinton @, and I would be happy to send you a copy.

Your book sounds like a great read. Thanks for telling us about it. I've entered the contest. But if I don't win a free copy, I'll be sure to look you up for that free ebook. Hope all goes well for you with The Seed of Hope. :)

Quinton Wall (quintonwall) | 16 comments Hi all,

Unfortunately I have had to remove the giveaway contest, and suspend my offer of ebooks. The embattled economy has resulted in my publisher and I going our separate ways.

Time to hit the query letter trail again.

Thanks to everyone who entered or is/have read my book. Bare with me while I find The Seed of Hope a new home.

Sorry to hear things didn't work out for you. But with time and a little bit of perseverance, the second coming of your book will be even sweeter. Good luck!

D.B. Pacini (DBPacini) Quinton,

I’m sorry things fell apart. It happens frequently, more than I realized before I got to know a lot of authors. I wish you the best with your new search.

I recently submitted a novelette to Turner Maxwell Books, UK. Novelettes are hard to get published. Turner accepted it and published it quickly. I do a lot of book signings for my novel and I have ordered copies of my novelette to sell at those book signings.

Be sure to submit a perfectly edited manuscript to Turner. He is a unique guy and TMB is not for everyone---but I like what he did with my novelette. Check TMB out.

Here is a link about my novelette:

Also, if you will email me your email address, I will send you an attachment file that is helpful to writers.
