This book was read around 2009-2010.
YA romance novel where the main protagonist is a girl who lives on a lake with her dad and brother.
The protagonist has a crush on her best friends older brother. From what I remember "he could make going to a grocery store sound like American Pie".
In one scene she wears her mothers dress and stands by the window and the brothers notice her.
SPOILER: at the end of the book she ends up dating her best friend, and her best friends brother ends up dating someone who won some kind of pageant (i think catfish based).
