Hi Arshiya, you picks are good, I've been meaning to read my first Meg Cabot so I'll read
and
... I have the Cassie Clare book but due to the size I'll only get to it if I have time with my other challenges. Thanks for the picks.
Hi Ramneek! Here are your picks. I think the 1st pick in each category is from your TBR and the 2nd is new to you, but I'm a little sleep-deprived right now so if I messed it up just let me know and I'll fix it!
Africa:
Magic Bites - Not a favorite of mine, but I seem to be in the minority and am going to give the series a second chance.
Animal Magnetism - Jill Shalvis is the Featured Author for September, and one of my favorite authors.
Antarctica:
Hearts in Darkness - Great short but very emotional read
One Reckless Summer - Another very emotional story, and very good
Asia:
Halfway to the Grave - Great series, but don't start it unless you're willing to go directly into book 2 in the series when you finish it!
Hard as It Gets - I really like this series, waiting impatiently for the next book to come out.
Commonwealth of Australia:
The Rosie Effect - This isn't out until close to the end of the month, but I couldn't resist...and if you haven't read The Rosie Project, feel free to substitute it!
Just This Once - I haven't read this, but I keep seeing it pop up everywhere so I'm going to have to fit it into a challenge one of these days!
Europe:
Faefever - You gave the first 2 books 5 stars, time to read the 3rd?
About Last Night - Started just a bit slow for me, but I ended up really liking it.
North America:
Holy Frigging Matrimony: A Tangled Series Short Story - Loved it, and it's very short!
Exclusively Yours - I LOVE the Kowalski family!
South America:
Tempting the Best Man - Fun book - I had to move on to book 2 shortly after finishing this one.
Off Sides - Great start to a series that I really need to get back to
Ocean:
On the Island - I was a little concerned about how the author was going to pull off this storyline, but was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it!
Island Fever - very short and sexy, pretty good for what it was

Those are two of my favorites! Hope you enjoy them.
Hi Anniliuvs - thanks again for your picks this month. I'm so far behind on quarterly challenges and MnG that I'm only going to read one or two for PIFM this month - For sure: Dangerous Liaison
Maybe Truce: The Historic Neighbor from Hell because that one really intrigues me!!
I'll try to sneak in a couple more at the end of the month, we'll just have to see how it goes (we're taking a trip to Vegas, so I doubt it'll happen...)
Ty,I read
yesterday and loved it.I've actually read this multiple times already, but somehow I've never gotten around to shelving Linda Howard's older romances. She's one of my favorite comfort read authors and I've read and reread everything she's written, so I was happy to read it again.
I started
this morning.

Ramneek, Read Breathe & it was a really good book. Working on Rusty Nailed & Rival now.
Woo, so glad you enjoyed Breathe, let me know how the other two are because those are two sequels that I have not read and need to :)
Ty, I finished
last night. It wasn't my favorite Kleypas book, but it was still a good read. I'll definitely continue on to Dreaming of You sometime soon.I started
this morning.
Hi Shelby,I finished Play With Me
from your picks for me. Thanks for the rec, I really liked it. I didn't even remember I owned it! I love that about this challenge, someone else can look through my shelves and give me a push....thanks again :)
Hi Sunshine, I just finished
And I enjoyed it! I think I am going to try for these books next:
I might go for more but we'll see. Thank you again!
Runell--I just finished
and really liked it--it was the perfect light romance set at a house party. I also skimmed through
--the youth of the male character put me off, but I did get somewhat sucked into the story. I have some others in hand, but am not sure what I'll be able to finish. Thanks for the recommendations!
Elke wrote: "Vi,Just finished my first pick
-it was really good!On to pick #2!"
Hi Elke! So glad you liked it. That cover is just amazing.
Ty,I finished
Saturday afternoon and loved it. I just love Oberon and will definitely be reading the next book. One of my favorite lines from Oberon: "Right! Bacon must be heated. Knew that already, but thanks for the reminder."
Hi KarenH, thanks for doing my repicks!I read
and didn't enjoy it as much as I was expecting, 2 stars for me.
I have two down...one new, one from my tbr pile! :)
A Dark Kiss of Rapture ✰✰✰✰ 9-5-14This was a good short story to get me interested in the characters. I'm looking forward to seeing how they develop in the book 1!
Ocean of Love ✰✰✰ 9-8-14It took me a while to get into this book. It was OK...I'll probably read the next book in line if only to get a better idea of the characters back stories.
I finished a pick. Lick by Kylie Scott. I thought it was fantastic. I love Stage Dive. I gave it 5 stars.
I finished a "North America" book that was new to me, picked by Kai and enjoyed it a lot!!
,by Suzanne Brockmann 4 stars!thanks so much Kai for introducing me to this wonderful author!!!
Temptation ✰✰✰✰ 9-9-14I finished this one last night...I really enjoyed it! I'm looking forward to seeing the baby brother unfold in the next story! :)
Vi,Read my 3rd pick
-it was just ok for me. I skimmed a lot because there were some parts that I thought were not needed...making the story longer than it should be.On to #4 though!! :D
Grace wrote: "Hi SuzanneSorry for the delay in posting. I can honestly say I have never seen a TBR list as long as yours! I tried to give you a variety of options. I really hope you're able to find something to..."
I finished Reckless by Skye Jordan and gave it 3 stars! Whew it was steamy!!
TyStarted
this morning. I'm enjoying it so far, though the convenience store scene almost had me packing it in. Only the fact that I knew there was no way what appeared to be happening was actually happening kept me continuing. Still, I'm with the MC on this -- it's a little creepy .. and skeevy.
The Wedding Contract ✰✰✰✰ 9-10-14This was such a fun book to read! I really enjoyed how the story unfolded. I'll definitely be looking into more of the Ferro brothers! :)

hi CArrie - I finished up Flying the other day - i enjoyed it overall, although it pegged out on the angst meter like most of her stuff ;)
Finished my 4th pick The Countess Conspiracy-it was a little slow in the beginning but it ended up being pretty good!
TyI stayed up longer than I should have to finish
early this morning. I reached a point that I didn't want to put it away. Thanks for the recommendation.
Sassafrass,I just finished my first pick,
, and it was EXCELLENT! I am so glad you recommended it for me, because otherwise I never would have found it! I could not put it down and stayed up until 3 A.M.finishing it!!I have started two more and will see which one catches my interest the most - although they ALL look good!
Thanks for such great picks!
