It surprised my Mom, Dad, and brothers, because I don't cry at sad movies. I cried at The Fault In Our Stars and Marley And Me. Those are the only movies I cried over.
When I finished watching, basically the whole theater was in tears, boys and girls alike. It was so emotional!
When I watched it, the day it came out I may add, everyone was staring at me and my friends as we crumbled to the floors in puddles of tears, the theater workers laughed at us, or at least gave us a weird and mean look.
Angela wrote: "When I went and seen this in theaters, the worker that took the tickets said "Fallow the trail of tears." I cried during the whole movie. I wasn't the only one that was crying during the movie."
I could not cry... not until he actually (insert sadness here)then I couldn't stop...

i read the book before the movie came out and then went to go see the movie wiht a friend who hadn't read the book yet but she knew that augustus dies. we both cried thorugh the movie. when augustus takes tris for a walk to tell her about you know what, i started crying, but my friends didn't understand why. a minute later, she started crying as well.
