Melissa Garcia | 10 comments I don't really have a set recipe for the hash, it's a few blended together.

Roast the potatoes with olive oil and herbs, when they're almost ready add onions and bell peppers and stir.
On a separate baking sheet roast brussel sprouts with chopped bacon. When that's almost ready drizzle maple syrup (or balsamic vinegar). Stir and roast for about 10 more minutes.
Combine everything on one baking sheet and put under the broiler for about five minutes. Soon as you take the roasted veggies out of the oven add salt and pepper.
All done :)
