Hello everyone!

It' time to start thinking about next year, can you believe it! And that means: nominate our group read for January 2019.

As a reminder, here are the rules for nominating / voting:

1. Every member may nominate 1 previous winner excluding the ones that we've read previously (see the list below)

2. Every member may second (or upvote) 2 other nominations by other members (one upvote per book, i.e. you can't give your two upvotes to the same book).

3. If someone has already nominated a book you want to read, give it 1 of your 2 upvotes instead of saying "I nominate x"

The book with the most votes by Saturday 22 December 2018 (midnight CET) will be the January pick! As always, the winner will be announced the day after the closing of the voting process.

In the past we have read the following books which are NOT eligible anymore:

-The Luminaries
-The Line of Beauty
-The Blind Assassin
-The God of Small Things
-The Narrow Road to the Deep North
-A Brief History of Seven Killings
-The Sellout
-The Sense of an Ending
-Hotel du Lac
-Midnight's Children
-The Remains of the Day
-Lincoln in the Bardo
-Possession
-The Bone People
-Wolf Hall
-White Tiger
-True History of The Kelly Gang
-Moon Tiger

Happy nominating/voting!
BB
