The teenage boys parents got a divorce and are struggling to keep the bookstore running. He really looks up to his dad and is mad at his mom for getting selling the bookstore. A girl starts to work there and they start leaving notes for each other in her favorite book. I remember them going to concerts, sleeping on the bookstore floor, and the boy having a sister who also starts to have a crush. Thanks.
