No, if you're reading a series by an Aussie author, and there are 4 books for you to read in that series - you'll only need two more. So another series by an Aussie author...

I always thought I kept more of a mental checklist of series I've started, so I was surprised at how many are actually on my TBR shelf.

What a fabulous idea! One question though, am I right in assuming that each book by an Aussie Author counts as one AA? Eg: 4 books from Michael Robotham's Joseph O'Loughlin series counts as 4 AA's? Does that make sense? :)

No, at least one series by Aussie authors as long as that series comprises 6 books. If not, you need another AA series to get up to the 6 AAs :) Then whatever you want in your other series :)

We need one or several series which equal a minimum of 12 books (one per month) over the year. The more series, the more books, the lower the TBR! Let's try to reduce those series we have partially read! If you only want to read part of your series, that's fine too. As long as what you read equals the criteria :) And the #0.5 etc of the series are also acceptable, as long as it's over the page limit.
