The Kindle edition of this book does not show a cover photo; however, it should. It is identical to that of the hardcover edition per the author's website and the website the author has created where he sells his own books. Could you please fix this?

We can't take covers from other editions, so I think we will just have to wait until the cover appears on Amazon. I have the deleted the "no cover available" image.
