I read this back in 2015, but I never got to finish it. It’s a young adult book about a family (mother and daughter, the father had just passed away) that are planning on adopting a baby from a pregnant teenager. The teenager ran away from home because her step father was abusive and had inappropriate relations with her while her mom is working. The story switches betwewn the pregnant teenagers and the daughters POV. I’d appreciate any help in finding this.
