Wrong data for this book

It is indicated as a Paperback, but it is really a Hardcover. In fact, from what I can find a Paperback edition of this book does not exist at all.

The number of pages is also somehow incorrect, It says 224 but they are actually 288.

The ISBN itself is the one of the Hardcover edition, so there is no doubt that the data is wrong. In fact, even the links themselves in "get a copy" bring to: Hardcover, 288 pages.

I looked it up on this site:

and confirmed it is a hardback. It says 287 pages. What is on the last page?

Last page says indeed 287, I went with 288 because I saw most sites report that so I though they also counted the last blank page.
