Merge Author Accounts

Hello!

Please be advised that goodreads author G.P. Hutchinson and goodreads author GP Hutchinson are one and the same person (myself). Some of my books are listed under one iteration but not the other. Goodreads members and I will be better served if the files and book lists under these two author names (the only difference being the periods behind the initials) are merged.
