Were you aware of this book award? Have you read either of the winners?

I have never heard of the book An Extra Mile nor the author Sharon Garlough Brown.

No One Ever Asked is on my TBR. I hope to get to it in 2019.

Look forward to hearing from others.

I haven't heard of this award or read the two winners. Thanks for keeping your eyes out for new-to-us awards!

I have not heard of this award either. I have read No One Ever Asked by Katie Ganshert , and it was a 5 star read for me.

I haven't heard of this award. I've read Katie Ganshert's book and feel it deserves the award. Well written and thought provoking (though not my favorite book of hers).

I've never heard of the other book or author before!

Chris | 279 comments Looks like Brown's book is the fourth in the Series Sensible Shoes.

I don't think it was a waste. There will be members that see the information there that don't see it here.

It is Chris! The first of the series is called Sensible Shoes.

Sensible Shoes A Story about the Spiritual Journey (Sensible Shoes #1) by Sharon Garlough Brown

I'm typically a bit OCD about reading series in order. The article in the award announced says "Even for those who have not read the first three books, Brown does a masterful job familiarizing readers with her four main characters and providing the necessary backstory."

Alegna, I have not always followed the awards threads, so please don't feel bad that I didn't fully appreciate your hard work for us. You're amazing and do so much for us!

Yes, No One Ever Asked must have been on the Christy awards page because I found that I have marked it want to read.
