Ray Vento | 4 comments I recently completed a Goodreads Giveaway. Within a few days of receiving the announced winners, I sent out my book to all the winners via USPS. Now, one winner is stating he hasn't received a copy of my book. Not only did I check the addresses, I've never received back from the post office a book that could not be delivered. Has anyone else encountered this kind of situation?

Joni Fisher (jonimfisher) | 1 comments Can you track the book from the USPS receipt? I've never had this happen, but perhaps the post office can track the package.

Cai (caiqs) | 3 comments Hey Ray, I'd suggest sending us an email to support (at) goodreads (dot) com - we can take a further look!

Mari (anyone) | 20 comments Yes, but the Postal people helped me use the Tracking number and we discovered it had been sent back to Bell Center in California. She finally received the book four weeks later. Good luck. Oh, I did use Media rates.
