J.P. Choquette (jpchoquette) | 8 comments I seem to get the best sleep when I get fresh air during the day. It doesn't have to be hours and hours of it, though. Just a short stroll usually helps.

And I agree with James: eating my heaviest meal in the evening helps me sleep better.
