The future of the rabbits

At the conclusion of the book, the reader is led to believe that the rabbits go on to live happy, full, and frictionless lives-- or do they?
Do you believe that after their big adventure and finally creating their own warren, the rabbits won't have any more issues come up? What possible problems or adventures do you think that the rabbits will run into in the future, and what will be the outcome?

There is a sequel to Watership Down

It does happen in the future as well, but I'm not sure how far as I've not read it yet. Tales from Watership Down

I would like for there to be some kind of revelation on what happened to the original warren on the down.

I don't believe they live entirely happy because with a large group of rabbits there are bound to have conflicts. Also there are always danger for rabbits since they are prey animals.
