How to add a book written posthumously?

I'd like to add this book:

It's a collection of material from (Philip) Crosbie Morrison's radio broadcasts compiled by his daughter, Lucy Morrison, after he died.

I'm fairly sure the book isn't in Goodreads, and neither is Crosbie Morrison. There's a Lucy Morrison author, but I don't know if it's the same one. Looking at her publication dates, I suspect not.

Would this book be entered with him as the author, or her?

I would tentatively suggest that this work would be given Crosbie Morrison as Primary author, and then Lucy Morrison as second author.

Do I need to do anything else? It seems to have created the authors at the same time, and I don't seem to be able to do anything to edit their details further. Is it important to add any further known information, like date of birth and death?

Also his real first name is Philip, should that be entered somewhere?

Am I able to add a cover picture? If so, am I allowed to grab it from Amazon, etc?

Also, the illustrator I entered as A Lissendon is Anne Lissendon.

Tidied up the title and added a period after Lissendon's initial. If she is only credited as A. on the book I would leave it at that. There don't seem to be any other Lissendon's in the database.

Crosbie's full name can be noted in his bio, but if he didn't go by Philip I wouldn't put it in the profile name. I added birth, death and location data to his profile.
