I combined the editions (paperback was already done).But I'm not sure how to handle the author name: on the covers it says Elizabeth H. Winthrop but her profile is Elizabeth Hartley Winthrop and she is a goodreads author

If it's the same author the profiles should be merged under 'Elizabeth Hartley Winthrop' by Staff.
Similar to the last note here it is acceptable for the author to lengthen an initial to a full name
