Kay | 6 comments I recently finished Crazy Rich Asians (Crazy Rich Asians, #1) by Kevin Kwan as an audiobook which takes place mostly in Singapore 🇸🇬 with excursions to surrounding countries including Hong Kong 🇭🇰 and the US 🇺🇸. The book was way better than the movie, so even if you saw the movie you should read the book.

Thanks for posting this, it's really good to know - I saw the movie and hadn't read the book, and i was trying to decide whether I wanted to read the book or not!

Kay | 6 comments I saw the movie before listening to the audiobook which forced me to decide if I should even bother with the book. But, I am glad I did the stories are similar but not the same. I think the book is way better than the movie with more juicy details and insight to culture. I will definitely be reading book 2 China Rich Girlfriend (Crazy Rich Asians, #2) by Kevin Kwan sometime this year.

I haven't read many books attributed to that region and am kinda curious about it.
