Pack your bags books! If you're up for it, stick a pin in each state, time zone, or region you travel through in your 2019 reads.

Duration: 1 Jan - 31 Dec 2019

Rules: All genres will be allowed, however please try to limit the number of books used in genres outside of PNR/UF/SciFi. Rereads are allowed. Anthologies are allowed and each story may be used individually, if the entire book is read. Just please be sure to list which story within the anthology (title of short/author/anthology name). Setting must be a place characters live or visit during the book. It cannot be mentioned once as the place of a character's birth, for instance.

Choose your challenge:
⓵ Read 50 books ~ one for each state
⓶ Read 18 books ~ three for each US time zone

~ Members can use the USA map maker by bighugelabs (as shown above) if you'd like, but it's not required. The map maker allows you to color in each state as you "visit".

~ Some books on Goodreads include their place/setting, you can search places here . Sadly, they aren't searchable, so you have to do a lot of scrolling to find somewhere specific.
