Holly is really smitten over her one encounter with Ethan and is playing a very dangerous game by meeting up with him. I think this is all part of a bigger plan run by her colleagues to snap her out of her Scrooge-ness. I hope it all works and doesn't blow up in their faces!

I'm finding Holly to be unbelievably selfish. She KNOWS Ethan's soul is on the line here, if Project Scrooge fails, he dies and goes to hell. She KNOWS this, but she chooses to not do her job, and date him instead. I mean, she's been selfish this whole book, but this level of selfishness is pretty unforgivable
