I’m only 22% if the way through it but am enjoying it thus far. I’m not sure I would have picked it otherwise, mainly because I don’t know how it would have come upon my radar. The fact that there’s a sequel makes it more fun!
I ordered this book on my Kindle about a year before it was selected for this group. So obviously, I like this type of book and have already ordered the sequel! Win win!
I really enjoyed this month's book. I am a fan of Sherlock Holmes so all the more reason to enjoy the book. I do want to read the sequel.
I had not heard of this book I don’t think I would have picked it. But I did enjoy it. I will likely read the next one I’m intrigued what trouble they will get into next!!
I LOVED this book. I plan to read the whole series. I would if never picked it up on my own. So a big thank you!
It totally wasn't what I imagined from the title but i did enjoy it and will read the sequels. Made an interesting change.
I love all things Sherlock Holmes, and this new take did not disappoint! I especially loved seeing a female Holmes.
I had this book on my TBR list before it was chosen for this group. I love Sherlock Holmes and Agatha Christie type mysteries, so this book intrigued me. I really enjoyed the book, and I plan to read the rest of the series.
I had seen this book at target and was intrigued so I probably would have tried it out otherwise. I did enjoy this book. It was as “grabbing “ as I was hoping, but I did enjoy and will prob read others in the series.
Probably would never have chosen to read it on my own UNLESS it had been suggested on a What Should I Read Next FB group. Enjoying it so far!
My husband had listened to it on his commute, and so I had a little more than book jacket info about it.I'm not sure I liked it. The writing felt too clunky for me. Particularly, the tension of the murders and their fear waned here and there.
