"You don't know that Jeff." She sighed.

"No one is forcing you. Im telling you your decision jeff." She stood up with her empty cup and rinsed it out.
He sat back in his chair and said nothing he jaw tight.
She put the dishes and cookies away then walked up behind him and wrapped her arms around his neck comfortably, not saying anything.
"I love you, okay? Forever and always." She whispered and kissed his temple.
"Same here" he whispered his mind worried now from her questioning.
She stood up straight and rubbed his shoulders. "Come on, let's go to sleep."
She moved to the side of his chair and helped him to his feet, then led him upstairs, one hand holding his and the other on her tummy.
He followed her up the stairs watching how she waddled as she walked.
Once in the upstairs hallway she sighed and leaned heavily against the wall.
She stood back up again, took his and and walked into their bedroom.
She took off her robe and nodded. "Yeah....just...tired." She lied a little.
"Good" he said as he undressed for bed.
Lucy walked over to her side of the bed, sat down with a soft groan and unbraided her hair.
She swung her legs onto the bed and pulled the covers over her legs.
She laid down on her back and wrapped an arm around his shoulders.
"Sleep tight" he said running his hands over her body.
She smiled and combed her fingers through his hair. "You'll sleep better than me."
"How do you know that?" he asked kissing her.
She kissed him back. "Because I don't sleep well anymore."
"Sorry to hear that" he replied and sighed.
His eyes fluttered as he looked at her.
"Sleep." She whispered and kissed his cheek.
He let his eyes close and he drifted off to sleep.
She sighed and starred up at the ceiling, gently rubbing her belly.
He had a dream of her and a baby in her arms.
After several minutes, she fell asleep.
A little after four in the morning, lucy woke up and sighed.
He stirred next to her but did not awaken.
She got out of bed and pulled on her robe, tied it closed then left their bedroom.
She closed the door with a loud click and went downstairs.
He stirred a little and rolled over but did not notice she was gone.
She put some wood into the fireplace, lit a match and started a small fire. She sighed and stood in front of it, starring at the flames intently.
She continued starring at the fire, rubbing her belly slowly.
He woke and felt the empty bed next to him and sighed.
