"Are you alright?" He asked softly. "I mean....everything that happened yesterday...." He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Are you alright with...having to do that?"

Avalon shrugged. “When it’s us or them, we come first..” She answered, avoiding the question. She didn’t want or like to kill people but that was all shed been doing lately and it was getting to her w bit. But she made no mention of it.
London noticed how she didn't really answer. It made him know she really wasn't okay with it. He felt horrible she had been doing it so often. He sighed and looked down for a moment.
"I'm so sorry Avalon." He said quietly. "You shouldn't have to do that. "It's not right."
"I'm so sorry Avalon." He said quietly. "You shouldn't have to do that. "It's not right."
“No. It’s not. But nothing’s right anymore. So it doesn’t matter. I’m gonna do what I have to do to protect my people.” Avalon shrugged. She wasn’t very hungry but she ate a few bites of her food, biting her lip.
"I get that." He nodded his head once. "Just....if you want to talk about it I'll listen." He gave her a bit of a smile. He definitely know how she felt, he had done more then his share before. And it still ate at him.
“Thank you..” She said softly. Avalon smiled faintly and glanced at him. “You wanted to talk earlier..” she said faintly after a moment. “I’m sorry that we’ve kept putting it off.zzl
London froze for half a second as heard that, he sighed and set his now empty plate to the side. He pushed himself up more so he could see her better.
"It's okay." He said quietly, pausing for a moment before he continued. "I've been wanting to tell you this for a few days now. "But yesterday...when I heard those shots go off I got scared. "I was afraid it was you that got shot. "And for a moment I didn't know what to do."

Avalon shifted and watched him, listening to him as he spoke. She bit her lip at his words but didn’t comment, just listening to hear what all he had to say before she’d respond.
He ran a hand through his hair, now a bit embarrassed as he looked down.
"I was so glad when you came in the room, and I saw you were okay." He scoffed softly at himself. "I guess...this is just my way of telling you that I...like you a lot Avalon."
"I was so glad when you came in the room, and I saw you were okay." He scoffed softly at himself. "I guess...this is just my way of telling you that I...like you a lot Avalon."
Avalon blushed a bit when he finally said it. “I know. I like you too.” She said faintly. She already had figured that he liked her, based on how he cared about making sure she was okay and the occasional kiss to the cheek.
He looked up from the ground as she said that and over to her. He couldn't help but smile.
"I'm glad to hear it." He said softy. "That means a lot to hear you say it."
"I'm glad to hear it." He said softy. "That means a lot to hear you say it."
Avalon smiled a bit st him. “Feel better now?” She asked faintly, knowing it had to have been weighing on him since she kept putting it off so long.
He chuckled softly and nodded his head. He had been worried, wanting to say it the right way. But he was glad it was out there now.
"Yeah I do." He leaned his back against the bed.
"Yeah I do." He leaned his back against the bed.
Avalon smiled faintly and nodded. She set down her plate and came over, gently sitting down on his bed with him.
London lifted his head back up as he felt her sit down. He smiled and reached over gently taking her hand.
"I'm alright." He said softly. "I don't really feel any pain right now so It's okay." He smiled a bit more as he looked down at there hands.
Avalon nodded. “That’s good.” She Agreed softly. She shifted and laid down close to him, closing her eyes for a moment. “I’m sorry about all we’ve asked you to do lately..”
He sighed and shook his head.
"No, you don't have to apologize for that." He said quietly. "I'm alright with helping in anyway I can."
"No, you don't have to apologize for that." He said quietly. "I'm alright with helping in anyway I can."
Avalon shrugged. She didn’t answer right away, instead just curling up close to him. “So? Doesn’t mean it’s fair..”
He couldn't help but smile slightly as she curled up close to him. He tentatively put his arm around her.
"What's not fair is what you've had to do the past few days." He said softly. "I know exactly how much that can weigh on you. "No matter what they've done..."
"What's not fair is what you've had to do the past few days." He said softly. "I know exactly how much that can weigh on you. "No matter what they've done..."
Avalon shrugged and relaxed in his arms. “Oh well. I’ll do what I have to do to keep my people safe..” she mumbled faintly, sticking to that. It made it a little easier to handle.
He nodded understandingly. Thinking that had helped him through a few times, it had been what he had to do to survive.
"Okay." He said deciding not to say anything else about it.
"Okay." He said deciding not to say anything else about it.
Avalon shrugged. She bit her lip and stayed close, looking over st him. “What’re you thinking?” She asked softly, not wanting it to be quiet.
"Would you...be okay if I...kissed you?" He asked tentatively, blushing now that he said. Hoping he hadn't just embarrassed himself fully.
Avalon smiled faintly. “Yes. It would be okay.” She assured before pressing her lips to his in a gentle kiss.
He blinked as she was suddenly kissing him, it sort of surprised him at first. But he easily shook it off and softly kissed her back, his eyes closing as his hand came up to gently cup her cheek.
Avalon closed her eyes and moved closer, kissing him softly. She gently pulled away after a moment, opening her eyes and smiling a bit shyly at him.
He opened his eyes slowly after she pulled away. He smiled as he looked at her, softly stroking her cheek with his thumb. He gently hugged her close after another moment.
Avalon looked up and just watched him for a moment, a faint smile on her lips. She moved close, wrapping an arm around him gently.
London closed his eyes again smiling softly, for the first time in a long time he felt content, and having her close like this was more then he could have asked for.
“Sorry if I fall back asleep..” Avalon Mumbled faintly. She was comfortable and content in her arms, relaxing her enough that she wanted to go back to sleep again.
"It's alright, go ahead." He said softly, feeling like he could probably fall back asleep himself. He gently rubbed her back, leaning his head back. He was glad he didn't have any pain right now, he didn't want it to ruin this.
Avalon nodded. She gently shifted until she was comfy, laying her head on his shoulder before closing her eyes. Him gently rubbing her back quickly lulled her back to sleep.
London smiled as he saw her go back to sleep. He sat there with her for awhile before he managed to doze off again himself, finding it easier with her close like this.
Avalon seemed to sleep a lot better. She didn’t toss and turn like she had earlier. Plus, she wasn’t holding a weapon like she was on guard of being attacked. She held onto London instead, eventually shifting and laying her head on his chest
Olivia came back a few minutes later to check on them, she stopped in the doorway as she saw them. She smiled a bit and silently backed out, gently closing the door again. She decided not to bother them now, they both definitely needed the rest.
Avalon didn’t stir at the door opening again. She stayed asleep. Avature came up the stairs and down the hall towards the room when he saw Olivia. Apparently they had the same idea. “They doing alright?”
Olivia turned to see him.
"Yeah, they're alright." She smiled a bit still. "They're uh...sleeping right now. "We should let them be for now."
"Yeah, they're alright." She smiled a bit still. "They're uh...sleeping right now. "We should let them be for now."
Avature raised an eyebrow but he didn’t question it. “Alright then. You sure Avalon is okay?” He asked, worried about her since she’d dealt with so much in the past few days.
She knew he was worried for his sister, she sighed after a moment. If he wanted to go in she really couldn't stop him from doing it.
"I'm not really sure, I walked in and they were asleep." She told him. "But if you want to wake her go ahead."
"I'm not really sure, I walked in and they were asleep." She told him. "But if you want to wake her go ahead."
“I trust your judgement. I was just asking. I just wanted to check on her and make sure she’s not shutting down or anything.” Avature shrugged. He bit his lip lightly.
She smiled again and shook her head.
"Talk to her later." She said. "Give them at least another hour." She put a hand on his shoulder. "But don't worry, I doubt shes shutting down."
"Talk to her later." She said. "Give them at least another hour." She put a hand on his shoulder. "But don't worry, I doubt shes shutting down."
Avature nodded slightly. “Okay..” he said softly. “Sorry. Just. Someone’s gotta keep watch over her. But she’s sleeping. So it’s okay.” He Mumbled softly, shrugging at her.
"It's alright, I understand." She glanced back at the door before looking back to him. "I'm always worried about London, but I think they are taking care of each other."
Avature shrugged slightly. “Good.. that’s good for her to have someone else besides us..” he said faintly. He ran a hand through his hair. “I’m gonna go on her watch then, let her sleep till whenever.”
"Alright." She smiled softly at him. "I have some work to do to, so I'll talk to you later." She patted his arms softly before walking by him to head to her office.
Avature nodded. He smiled faintly and headed out to what was shales normal watch post. He figured that London and Avalon would be fine for the night and just hoped that everything else would stay quiet too.
Before she got to her office she was told that someone else couldn't go on there watch. She got into her office and sighed, deciding she would just do it herself. She grabbed her sword and headed out.
