Avalon finally relaxed slightly, letting out a breath. “Thanks..” She Mumbled, biting her lip. She slipped her shirt back on before turning to him.
He put everything back to where it was supposed to go before turning to her.
"I'm uh....going to get some food." He told her before quickly going out of the room.
"I'm uh....going to get some food." He told her before quickly going out of the room.
“Okay..” Avalon Mumbled. She rubbed her face tiredly and grabbed her bag before heading upstairs to go check on shale.
Shale was still laying down, though he didn't feel as weak as he had before. He was told he would still need a few more days rest, and even then it would take a bit to get back to normal. He looked over as he heard the door open.
"Oh hey." He smiled slightly as he saw her.
"Oh hey." He smiled slightly as he saw her.
“Hey..” she greeted softly, setting her backpack down by the door. She came over and sat on the floor near him. “How are you doing?” She asked softly, looking him over.
"Better then I was." He said with a small laugh. "Thanks to you and London apparently." He half smiled. "Still a bit weak, but I'm not in pain anymore."
“That’s good. We got more of that stuff too. In case anyone else ever gets bit..” she explained softly. She smiled faintly at him.
"I guess I still have a bit to go before I can get out of this freaking bed." He shrugged a bit. "But you know....lucky you guys I'm not going anywhere for awhile." He joked, laughing slightly.
Avalon smiled and rolled her eyes. “Yeah. You can consider this your vacation or something.” She teased. “I mean you’ve got it pretty good. There’s someone waiting on your every need and whatever else.”
"Yeah it's great and all, but you know I hate just laying around." He said with a small sigh. "I can't wait to get back to my job. "But anyway, thanks for saving my life."
“I know. Not much longer..” she assured. “And you should thank London. He’s the one who practically took off straight for the city..” she added softly.
"That guy..." Shale shook his head slightly. "At least it seems he doesn't just throw himself into danger for nothing." He smiled after a moment. "He's done it for you a few times..."
“True..” She Agreed faintly. “I wish he wouldn’t do it for me though...” Avalon Mumbled softly. She shrugged st him.
"Do you know why he does it? He asked, though not really asking as he answered. "He cares about you. "I mean you did bring him here, and you already have been through a lot together."
Avalon glanced over at him when he asked and answered his own question. She bit her lip. “Well. That’s good I guess. Except it makes him make less smart choices...” she said softly, unsure what to think or say about that.
"He only wants to protect you...." He said, yawning a bit after he did. "Anyway, I thank him when I see him again." He knew he probably would be around soon.
“I know. I just. I don’t need more protectors...” Avalon Mumbled. “But I will thank him..” She Agreed softly
"Okay..." He said quietly. "Thanks for coming to see me, but I'm going to get some more rest." He gave her a bit of a smile, not that he wanted to rest more, but he was definitely feeling tired still.
Avalon nodded. “Alright..” She Agreed faintly. She wanted to go to bed but didn’t even want to leave right now. She just wanted to know what was going on and what their plan was.
His eyes closed pretty easily, dozing off quickly. London poked his head in a few moments later. Quietly coming in, seeing her there.
"How is he doing?" He whispered.
"How is he doing?" He whispered.
London nodded his head, glancing over so Shale. He really did look much better, he was glad he had come to check. He looked over to her after a moment.
"Well that's good..." He bit his lip as he thought about telling her, but decided not to. Not wanting to have that argument, he didn't think she needed to know anyway.

Avalon nodded. She watched him for s moment. “Thank you... for going out to get medicine for someone you don’t like, and for guiding me and coming back to find me..” she said faintly.
He hadn't expected that at all, he blinked a bit surprised before he managed a little bit of a smile.
"Yeah...I uh....it's no problem." He said quietly. "I was happy to help...."
"Yeah...I uh....it's no problem." He said quietly. "I was happy to help...."
Avalon smiled faintly at him. “Alright.” She said faintly. “You doing okay?” She asked him after a moment.
"What?" He shook himself a bit and looked over to her. "Uh yeah, I'm just fine." Though he wasn't, he knew what he was planning was stupid, but it would keep his new home safe. "Hey I'll....see you later okay." He looked at her for a moment before going out the door, and headed outside.
He turned before he got to the door and shook his head.
"Nothing." He shrugged slightly. "I'm okay I promise. "I just was going on a patrol." He told her, not exactly lying. In reality he had asked Olivia for a patrol. But it was mostly a way to keep them from looking for him for awhile.

“Do you want company?” She offered, not wanting to leave him alone. Avalon bit her lip lightly she watched him.
"Oh it's okay." He shook his head. "You should get some rest, you had a long night." He thought for a moment, before he quickly kissed her cheek, then pulled back just as quickly. "Get some rest okay." He gave her another small smile before turning and leaving outside.
“Okay..” Avalon relented. She blushed bright red when he kissed her cheek, glancing up at him. “Stay, stay safe and be back before dark.” She stammered out awkwardly, moving back so he could head out.
He blushed a bit himself, letting out a slow breath once he got outside. At least she's safe, he told himself. He steadied himself quickly, before he started walking again, heading toward where he last saw them. He just had to follow the other set of tracks and he would be right where they were hiding out.
Avalon let him leave. She went back into the room shale was in and got her stuff before heading outside and across the street to her room. She figured that avature or olivia would come find her if needed.
It was really night time by the time Olivia came quickly across the street to there room. She knocked before opening the door and looking around. She shook her head, cursing under her breath.
"Avalon." She said keeping herself as calm and collected as possible.
"Avalon." She said keeping herself as calm and collected as possible.
Avalon sat up at the knocking. “Yeah. What’s up?” She Mumbled, rubbing her face sleepily and moving to get up. She glanced at olivia in the doorway, standing up.
"You haven't seen London have you?" She asked coming the rest of the way inside. She shook her head, hoping he hadn't done what she thought he had.
“He said he’d be back by nightfall. Said you requested a patrol. I offered to go with and he said no..” Avalon Mumbled, it clicking in her head. She pulled on her shoes and grabbed her crossbow.
She sighed and ran a hand through her hair, knowing she was going to have a talk with him when she saw him again. She looked over to her as she saw her getting ready to go.
"Take some people with you." She told her.
"Take some people with you." She told her.
“He went after his group. It’s a game of revenge... I think. I don’t know. It’s weird..” Avalon said softly. “I don’t even know where he would’ve gone..” she shrugged. “I didn’t bother tracking the group on our way back.”
Olivia thought for a moment then nodded.
"Wait for me outside." She said after a moment. "I'm going to come with you then. "It's the only way we will be able to track them down and find them."
"Wait for me outside." She said after a moment. "I'm going to come with you then. "It's the only way we will be able to track them down and find them."
Avalon nodded slightly. She quickly gathered her throwing knives as well before heading outside. “Why didn’t he come back?” She Mumbled faintly, talking to herself. She headed outside and waited by the station for Olivia to come out and be ready to go.
Olivia quickly went to her office, she grabbed her weapon from off the wall, putting the sword in the sheath on her back. She hadn't had to use it in a long time, but she would tonight if she had to. Once she was ready she turned and went outside to Avalon.
Avalon bit her lip lightly and glanced at her. “Alright. It’ll be out that way but I don’t know if they’re in the city or further out than that..” she said softly, frustrated that she hadn’t paid more attention when she came back.
"Okay, lets see what we can find." She started off in that direction, if they had been there, she would find something to help her track them. She wasn't about to loose her brother all over again.
Avalon nodded and kept pace with Olivia. She looked around to keep watch, also listening for any sign of some Other humans out there besides her and Olivia.
"Here..." She knelt down as they got to the spot. There was still footprints a few days old and some new ones. "London's..." She pointed to the fresher set of them, then stood up straight again. "They're close..."
Avalon glanced at the footprints and nodded. She looked around and pointed out the most likely building, one with no windows and a pretty heavy door. It’d been empty for as long as she could remember. “There maybe?” She Mumbled.
Olivia looked around the area, and the surrounding of the building. She nodded narrowing her eyes.
"Definitely." She said quietly, seeing the evidence of recent foot traffic going in and out. "Alright, we have to be careful here."

"There..." He said after a moment.
