Now that the lights and everything were back on, everyone was rushing around the halls to get back to what they were doing. He kept as hidden as they could as he led the way back to the entrance.

Avalon kept up with him, her bow hidden and a knife in her hand instead. She watched carefully around them. She silently hoped that they’d gotten the right stuff and the stuff hadn’t just been mislabeled or falsely labeled but she’d grabbed lots of other stuff too in hopes of combatting that.
While everyone was rushing to get everything back to working order, they manged to slip out just as an alarm sounded loudly through out the compound. He let out a breath once they were outside again, feeling his anxiousness slowly going away.
Avalon followed him. She kept a close watch as they made their escape, wanting to ensure that they hadn’t been followed or anything. “Are you good?”
"I'm alright." He nodded, now remembering his shoulder wound. "Just my shoulder is all." He nodded over to it. "What about you?"
“Think I’m fine.” Avalon answered. “We need to get further away though.” She Mumbled and kept going with him. “I’ll check your shoulder once we’ve got some distance.
"Don't worry about my shoulder." He said taking in a breath. "We need to get back as soon as we can." They had managed to get in and out quickly, but he knew they had wasted a bit of time making a plan and everything.
“Well. We need to make sure we’re not being followed too.” Avalon cautioned, keeping pace with him. She pushed her hair outOf her face.
"We'll lay low in the building for a bit." He said thoughtfully, if they were being followed then they could hold out in there for at least a little while.
Avalon nodded. She followed him quickly, keeping close watch around them. She felt it was a bit too easy for them to get out which just made her more anxious.
It had been a bit easy to slip out, but right now he was only worried about getting to the building to make sure they were safe for now. He glanced around as they got there, carefully opening the door and going inside with her.
Avalon followed quietly. She glanced around before pushing the door shut behind them. “Okay. We’ll just wait a bit. Let me check your shoulder?” She Mumbled faintly.
He plopped down on the ground against the wall and sighed, looking over to his shoulder.
"Okay." He said with a sigh, taking his jacket off so she could see it better.
"Okay." He said with a sigh, taking his jacket off so she could see it better.
She set her stuff down and crouched beside him. She moved his jacket aside and looked over the wound carefully. “Gun?” She guessed.
"Yeah...." He breathed. "He got off a shot before I could react." He looked from it to her. "But I got there attention off you. "And besides it's not to bad."
Avalon nodded. “Let me clean it out st least? Just to be safe?” She said faintly, hating how he’d gotten hurt just cause of her. She should’ve had a better plan. She pulled her bag close.
"Go ahead." He agreed, though he knew it would probably sting a bit. "Do what you have to." As much as he didn't want her to worry about it, right now they had time.
Avalon quickly and gently cleaned out the wound with a bit of peroxide from her bag. “Sorry. Just don’t want it infected.” She Mumbled, knowing it had to hurt. She grabbed a bandage from the bottom of her bag and gently wrapped it up.
He manged not to wince, it did sting a bit, but it wasn't the worse he had before. Though he wasn't going to tell her that.
"It's okay." He gave her a small smile. "Thank you by the way."
"It's okay." He gave her a small smile. "Thank you by the way."
Avalon nodded slightly, biting her lip. She wrapped it up and put the rest of the stuff away. “Were you able to grab anything?” She asked softly.
"I did." He grabbed his jacket and pulled the bottles he had grabbed out and set them down on the ground. He then grabbed the ones out of his pants pockets. "That's all I could get." He set them with the others.
Avalon nodded. She pulled her bag open a bit further and showed him the myriad of small vials and bottles inside. “I cleaned out as much as I could...” she explained faintly.
He looked over what they had, hoping what she grabbed was what they needed. He nodded slowly as he gently pulled his jacket back on.
"Lets just hope this works." He said quietly.
"Lets just hope this works." He said quietly.
Avalon nodded. “I got all the ones that names were unfamiliar and could be cures. All the vials are labeled. And there’s a little book in there too. It’s more of what meds can be mixed but it’ll help...” she mumbled, picking up her bag.
"Good." He took in a breath pushing himself to his feet, slightly wincing but ignoring it. "We should stay a bit longer, then try and get back quickly."
Avalon nodded, watching him carefully. She quietly went through her bag and slipped a couple vials in her pocket before closing it up
He carefully looked at the somewhat boarded up window, it would be dark soon. It would better for getting home, but they would have to be extra careful.
Avalon watched him. She bit her lip worriedly. “We’re gonna have to risk it..” she mumbled faintly. “The dark’ll be worse than whatever the people can do..”
"We go as quietly as we can." He agreed, looking from the window back to her. "Try and stay as hidden as possible." He walked over to the door and looked out. "Are you ready?"
Avalon stood and make sure her weapons were good. She nodded. “Yeah. Are you?” She Mumbled faintly. “But here. Keep this with you..” she handed over a couple of the vials she’d taken out of her backpack. “In case we get split up, those are the ones that were marked like treatment or a cure.” She said faintly.
He looked down at the vials, wanting to tell her no that they wouldn't be. But he didn't want to start an argument, they didn't have time for that. He took the vials and put them into his pocket.
"Alright." He took his weapon in his hand. "Quickly and quietly." He slowly opened the door and slipped out.
"Alright." He took his weapon in his hand. "Quickly and quietly." He slowly opened the door and slipped out.
Avalon followed him quietly, looking around carefully. She just wanted to be safe by giving them the vials because they had a long way home and if one of them didn’t make it, the other could still help shale.
London kept calm as best he could, thinking about how Shale was doing. But he just needed to focus on getting her back first. He stayed beside her, but also a bit behind her as well. Watching there backs as they went along.
(Should they get split up and maybe London makes it back but Avalon doesn’t right away?) Avalon kept close watch as well, moving to be beside him. It made her feel more at ease than him trailing behind her. She kept walking with him, staying silent for the time
((Alright.))
London narrowed his eyes as suddenly heard something, but he wasn't sure where it had come from. He glanced around, trying to find the source of the noise.

(We don’t have to If you don’t want, it was just an idea)) Avalon heard the noise and tensed up a bit. She looked around them carefully, stopping so they could find the source. She glanced to London before around them again.
((I'm fine with it.))
London heard it again, a bit closer this time. Rustling in the brush around them, footsteps. But he wasn't sure who, but he knew it wasn't good.
"Run." He told her quietly.

(Okay. I just wanted to make sure..) Avalon glanced at him. She wasn’t gonna argue with him right now. So she’d listen and run, just to get around and behind the sound if possible and take them out. “You better follow.” She Mumbled before quickly heading off.
"Right behind you..." He said as he watched her run off, waiting a few moments. As soon he saw the faint outlines of people, he started running also. Gritting his teeth as he realized who it was.
Avalon got a short ways away before turning back, just barely staying in sight of London and the other figures. She watched, leveling her bow at one of them. She had to protect London if she could. They both needed to get back.
He ran as fast as he could, thinking Avalon was already ahead of him. He would have to warn them once they got back, he should have realized that it wouldn't have been over.
Avalon watched, quickly darting off as the figures moved to chase London. She shot at one of them, hitting them in the throat. She then took off running, heading on a different route than London so maybe they would chase her instead and she could trap them or something.
London stopped as saw people in front of him, he wasn't going to be taken back. And he wasn't going down without a fight, he ran forward quickly and slashed the two and ran passed them as they fell to the ground. Letting out a breath once he saw home in sight.
Avalon’s idea to shoot and kill one at least was a bad idea. Now she was the one being chased. She ran as fast as she could, heading away from home and doing her best to try and lose them. She wouldn’t risk leading them back to their base.
He didn't stop until he got to the police station, thinking that she already made it here since he didn't see her outside. He ran inside going for the room they had Shale in.
Avalon kept going. She didn’t even stop when she heard the footsteps behind her slow. She looked back and could barely see the figures but she risked a few more shots at them. Avature jumped slightly when London practically burst into the room. He’d been asleep in the room with shale but groggily sat up, looking over London. He glanced behind him and frowned.
London blinked as he saw only Avature.
"Avalon..." He started but stopped, his eyes widening. He cursed under his breath. "Take these." He handed the vials to Avature. He sighed and glanced over to Shale, who was awake and pale looking over tiredly. "Get him better..." He told him as he turned to go back out to look for her.

Avature stood. “You’re not gonna find her st night London. She’s got tons of hiding places. If she got out of the city with you then she will find her way back here.” He assured, looking over the medicines he was handed. He read the labels over carefully.
He stopped in his tracks as he heard him, knowing he was right. But it didn't stop him from worrying or blaming himself for not sticking close to her. He closed his eyes tightly, taking in a deep breath before he came back in and sighed going over to Shale's side.
"You'll be okay." He told him quietly.
