Sept 2018 Challenge - September means ...
Begins: 01 Sep 18 / Ends: 30 Sep 18

When I think of September I think of ...

Tasks:

1. Labor Day Weekend - One last weekend of relaxation - Read any book you like

2. The 9th month is named after SEVEN - Read a book whose total page count includes either a 9 or a 7 (BONUS if it has both!) ... Tell us the page count

3. Back to School physical and vaccinations - Read a book with a MAIN PAGE GENRE of Medicine or Health. (The M.P.G. is that short list on the book's main page ... to the right)

4. A New Year - I'm long past my school-age days, but I still think in terms of the school calendar, so Sept is a New Year - Read a book with any sort of "calendar" word in the title (e.g. Day, Week, Time, etc)

5. School pictures - Read a book with a portrait on the cover. For the purposes of this challenge, at least half the person's face should be clearly visible, and no farther down than the waist.
e.g.: Mrs. Poe by Lynn Cullen or Dispatches from the Edge A Memoir of War, Disasters, and Survival by Anderson Cooper

---------------------------------------------------------

Rules of the challenge
*Books must be at least 100 pages in length
*Page counts are taken from the Goodreads record.
*A book counts for only ONE task per challenge (but feel free to use it for other challenges ... in the past or in another group).
*Re-reads are fine, as long as you actually read the entire book.
*Book should be finished within the time-frame of the challenge.
*Any format ("dead tree," e-book, audio...) is fine.

If you want acknowledgement that you have completed the challenge you MUST include the date you finished reading each book.

You should edit your original post to include the book (and/or cover) for each task. When you are finished, be sure to post a new message alerting me that you've completed the challenge. I do not get any notification when you edit your original post.

As always, have fun!
