Kristie | 15222 comments So, I always think of this thread as keeping track of next month's reading, but see that it can be helpful for planning challenges and topplers too. So, I decided to start one. :)

Kristie | 15222 comments Ok, so for September I hope to read:

The Dry Grass of August - YLTO zodiac challenge
Last Breath - series / prep for NetGalley

4:50 from Paddington - YLTO group read
The Home for Unwanted Girls - just because
Scythe - GCABC group read
Sold on a Monday - NetGalley review
My Real Name Is Hanna - NetGalley review
Catwoman: Soulstealer - library / just because
Lethal White YLTO buddy read
Pretty Ugly Lies (or Lies) - YLTO monthly challenge / NetGalley review (currently reading)

Maybe one of these, if time allows:
Fierce Kingdom - NetGalley review
Killers of the Flower Moon - GCABC group read

This is about double what I typically read in a month, so we'll see how far I get.

Janice (jamasc) | 51926 comments Some interesting titles there, Kristie. I'd sign up for NetGalley, but I have a hard time writing and in-depth review.

Kristie | 15222 comments My reviews are nothing special, Janice. They don’t seem to mind, as long as there is some sort of review. You should try it. Some titles are “read now” so anyone can get them. My biggest problem is that I request too many then don’t have the time to read them all.

message 8: by Janice, Moderator (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 51926 comments I'll think about it a bit more. Maybe once I get my own tbr under control. *dreaming*

message 9: by Kristie, Moderator (new)

Kristie | 15222 comments Haha i don’t think mine will ever be under control.

Kristie | 15222 comments Looks like I will need to find another book to read for Virgo since I put aside The Dry Grass of August. I'll have to go take a look.

edit: I may go with A Gentleman in Moscow City of Thieves.

Kristie | 15222 commentsThe Handmaid's Tale - YLTO group read
The Tattooist of Auschwitz - buddy read
Cold Blood (Detective Erika Foster, #5) - working on series
Sold on a Monday - for review
Who She Is - for review & YLTO monthly challenge
Paper Wife: A Novel - for review

Maybe, but unlikely:
Becoming - expected from library around release date 11/13, I really want to read this but don't expect I'll have time

Also, The Five Wishes of Mr. Murray McBride if not read in October. (would work for YLTO monthly challenge)
