Cecilia | 9 comments I'm starting this pretty late in the game, so Pike's Peak seems reasonable (plus, it reminds me of Pike's Place in Seattle). I'm not sure how much I'll get done since I am a part of two book clubs, and I check out a lot of books from the library to my Kindle, but I really need to get through some of the books that have been sitting on my shelf for forever.

1) Jane Eyre 5/4
2) Wuthering Heights 5/30

I don't think I'll be able to finish this challenge, but I'm glad to have it because 1) it has spurred me on to read more books that I own and 2) it's shown me how few of the books I read are ones I own. Only six out of the fifty-five books I read this year are ones that I own. Pretty illuminating.

I think this one counts. I've read all of the Harry Potter books before, many times, but this was in a different format. My husband purchased the Kindle edition a couple years ago, and neither of us read it until now.
