For our September Challenge we are asking you to put on your thinking caps and write part of the challenge yourselves.

Study our selected book and find ways to link it to other books you would like to read. Make sure you justify your reason for the link.

You can choose to read :-
Easy level: 3 books (at least 1 Aussie author)
Medium level: 6 books (at least 2 Aussie authors)
Hard level: 9 books (at least 3 Aussie authors)

The book is The Last Of The Bonegilla Girls by Victoria Purman

Here are some examples of possible links - use these if you like and/or create your own.

*The book is Historical Fiction
* Set in Australia
* Female author
* People on the cover
* Water on the cover
* Title begins with L

Make sure you post the links and covers of your books so we can all see them and remember to mark your Aussie author books.

And don't forget our Guidelines HERE

Not sure how your #1 matches Mary, as it was only released in April this year. And I wouldn't call it a humorous book - more a sad and tragic story lined with hope :)

You could still read the same books but title them differently :)
