Three Days and Two Knights

Hello folks, I'm having a problem with my book, "Three Days and Two Knights." It is showing up as two separate books, one listed under my name, "Scott Davis Howard," and one under simply "Scott Howard." The second must have been added by a user. They both have 7 ratings. Is there a way to combine them onto my page? Or, failing that, can we delete the extra one?

Actually, it looks like one of the editions (with the ISBN13 in the wrong field) is a duplicate. You can request that it be merged here:
