Debbie (halfpint66) | 221 comments Romantic movies can be very sappy and sickening. I'm not into romanctic movies, unless they have comedy in them.

new_user ?! What's up with that list? Vanilla Sky?! That's a horrible list, LOL. But then again, different tastes...

I haven't read the article. But I thought it would spur up conversation. (grinning evilly).

Although it's not my list, it's a lot more diverse than I was expecting. What's your list look like?

new_user Hmmm... here's my list in no order. I left out a bunch of good movies, naturally.

Best Romantic Movies to Watch with Your SO:

Failure to Launch
Wedding Crashers
How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days
My Super Ex-Girlfriend
Just Friends
Yes Man
I Could Never Be Your Woman

Notice they're all heavy on the comedy or they have Michelle Pfeiffer.

A&E Sense and Sensibility for Marianne and Col. Brandon
North and South (A&E)
The Secret Laughter of Women
Something New
The Lady and the Tramp
Twilight
Lover Come Back
Irma La Douce
While You Were Sleeping
The Specialist
Angel Eyes
Step Up
A Walk to Remember
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof
The Long Hot Summer
Howl's Moving Castle

The Sure Thing

I'll post more when they come to me.

new_user Yeah, good movies, but I don't think they would appeal to a guy, LOL.

Debbie, I with you on this. I'll read romance books all day long, but can't get into the movies too much.
