70K Historical WIP

Seeking a beta reader/writing buddy, etc. for my current project. It's a literary historical novel, primarily set in Nazi Germany and occupied Poland during World War II. I got about halfway into my first draft before I just ran out of momentum and stopped. At least now I've finally identified the problem. There's very little actual plot, and now I've ended up with a story that's 98% dialogue and character development, but virtually no plot. It's driving me absolutely insane, and I could desperately use some help with this. I do have an outline detailing how the story will go, but a lot of details are still rough and subject to change.

Due to the setting/time period, there will be some mature and sensitive themes. Harsh language and explicit sex scenes are also present.

I could really use some help with this, maybe someone is up to the task.
