I started Undeniably You by Jewel E. Ann today. Mixed reviews for this one, but I usually like her stories. I never know what's going to happen, definitely not formula romance!

Finished The Wolf's Secret Vegas Bride by Eve Langlais. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Most reveals were foreshadowed enough that they came as no surprise but I could easily read it again and enjoy it. The character and world building were well done as was the pacing.
This is a Howls Romance. I've only read these when they are by authors I read. Others weren't terrible but pacing was strange like the author wasn't comfortable with the length or they read more like old style category romance than paranormal romance. The Wolf's Secret Vegas Bride makes me think about trying others when I want something quick to read.

I finished Hidden Away by Maya Banks and really enjoyed it. The narrator (Harry Berkeley) was fantastic, perfect voice for alpha male characters.

Next up - Lucky Stars by Kristen Ashley.

I finished listening to Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover and loved it! Can’t wait for my buddy read discussion. Here’s my review.

I've not had much luck this month.
Menage light. No much to say about it. It did have three narrators, but the two male voices sounded so much alike that I got them confused. 3 stars.
and . I got through the first one (3 stars) but knew at the end I'd have a hard time with the sequel. I rarely dnf my audiobooks but I truly did not like where the story line went and I only got about 20% in before my dnf.
Middle of the Road
I usually really like this author, but this one was another dnf.
Another middle of the road with a not very believable insta-love.
So August.....not so good so far!

Listened to the Irresistible series by Stella Rhys and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have to say that the best book was the last one, called Hothead. Hot is an understatement. It’s narrated by Cassandra Myles and John Masterson. They both did a fantastic job, but WOW! That’s some hot, hot writing and dialogue. I blushed for them. I’m so glad the narrators are good at what they do. I highly recommend the series.

Hi Ashley...in the beginning I thought so too. However, she was giving two sides of her "What If". What if she bailed on her best friends wedding or what if she attended. Two different outcomes. I guess the back and forth got a bit confusing but it came together for me.

I just started The Hating Game by Sally Thorne and narrated by Katie Schorr. About 20 minutes, and I like the narrator’s voice. The book is well-written and funny so far. I might just have to listen to this one only at work.

No sorries necessary. All Your Perfects was a wonderful, teary and heartfelt story that had me from beginning to the end. It was worth delaying the other book and I truly thought it was great. 5-Stars on that one and I rarely give five stars.

Just finished:

Spinning Silver

by Naomi Novak

This was a surprisingly excellent listen. Very unique.

The Russian accents were great.
The females were so strong.
The males were multi-layered.
Love story was unpredictable, yet wholly believable.

I'll definitely listen to this book again.

I finished If You Only Knew by Kristan Higgins. The relationship between the sisters was the highlight, as well as the adorable triplets. Light on romance but it worked for me, I loved it.

Next up - Assumption by Aurora Rose Reynolds
