Laura Yes, your list is as long as mine, oh well, we won't forget what we want to read this way. I love Lorelei James but haven't started this series yet. I need to. Enjoy.

Thanx Laura. I've had Lorelei James on my TBR shelf for ages. Actually started it earlier this month but just wasn't feeling it. But as you say this way we won't forget.

Lots of interesting titles to choose from. Enjoy!

For me it means trying to get up to date with my series and just try to avoid starting any new series that aren't on my year plan. Only I know that's almost impossible for me but I can hope.

Michelle | 2720 comments Innocent in Death (In Death, #24) by J.D. Robb

Th win death series has been my buddy for years now. Every month we move forward to the next one. I somehow skipped a month meaning to get back and before I realized it I missed 4 books. So now I'm catch up so hopefully I can meet up with the group.

What I love about this series is that we've grown as the two MC have. As a couple and individually. The list of supporting characters also grown and we constantly have them appearing maybe later again

Eve and Roarke really had a work out this book. And for me that was what I focused on. This is after all my 3rd time reading it so I can pick and choose where I focus each read. The case was good but really that wasn't the focus of the book either. So fo me a lovely time with old friends. I'm off to read Creation in Death (In Death, #25) by J.D. Robb

Michelle | 2720 comments The Denim Dom (Suncoast Society, #5) by Tymber Dalton Things to Do in Denver (Suncoast Society, #78) by Tymber Dalton

I love this series. It so big and that's because the author sometimes writes follow up stories of earlier couples. Like real life things happen in their lives that she just needs to share. Which means I get to reread the first ( it's been a while for some. )
I think this has become like favorite friends I love hanging out with and catching up. And that's about the only reason I read it.

Michelle | 2720 comments Lyon's Den (The Lyon Book 6) by Jordan Silver

Didn't know this was coming out so a surprise addition. And really this was also a catch up with the Lyon family. Crazy alpha surrounded by his crazy family

Michelle | 2720 comments Cyrus (Swamp Heads #1) by Esther E. Schmidt Elsie (Swamp Heads #2) by Esther E. Schmidt Chester (Swamp Heads #3) by Esther E. Schmidt Loving Mae (Swamp Heads #4) by Esther E. Schmidt

Love binges like these. They are all novellas. All were instalove. The series is about siblings that fall in a love. And what an interesting group they are. They can almost be read as standalones. So in that sense a great pallet cleansers or just to get you over a hump, or book hangover. The only thing that somehow didn't work was the swearing. It didn't feel natural and it didn't happen that often but enough for me to note it.

Michelle | 2720 comments Beyond Her Words (Corrupt Chaos MC, #1) by Bink Cummings Beyond Christmas (Corrupt Chaos MC, #2) by Bink Cummings

I really thought I was heading into a slump. So many books and nothing caught my eye( yes that's how I pick my reading. Even if I have this plan it's more a suggestion of what to read this month)
Saw this and thought why not. Bink Cummings is usually so crazy and I always get sucked into the crazy right along with her. And that's what I got. With a lovely follow up.

The style of writing is that she is talking to you directly. Yet it is story telling. the heroine has a heartbreaking past and is due for some happiness. The hero who has his own story of woe yet I was rooting for them to get it right and get their own version of HEA.

After reading about the Corrupt Chaos MC I just had to get more of Bink Cummings . For me these three books had a more mature voice.. Different from the others in a good way. The second book felt like she had borrowed all these great side characters from other biker book. And lord that cliffhanger of an ending!!! I love how she writes as if she's talking with you. , asking your opinions , sort of interacting with you. This reallh was a beginning, middle and an end series so far. I know more is coming with the club but this was the end I think of these twos story.

Michelle | 2720 comments Kiss of Snow (Psy-Changeling #10) by Nalini Singh

You'd think with so many books waiting on my TBR shelf I'd find something to read. Nothing caught my interest. I wanted to read something paranormal or even something in fantasy, something that would be easy and uncomplicated. But nope my old favorite called and so that's what I did. Spend a weekend before delving into heartbreakville with my old friends.

Michelle | 2720 comments Ravensong (Green Creek, #2) by T.J. Klune

There is nothing like waiting for year for a hook and then when it's out still hesitate to start it. Even go so far as to get a buddy read going to start at the end of the month so you have a month to prepare. And al this because the first book was emotion city cubed, never mind squared.

I think that anticipation somehow effected this for me. Let's start by saying I'm a little disappointing. Yes I loved where this went. The plot was good. But be a stubborn asshole was just too much for me. Right up to the last 20%? This is told from one pov and I must admit that at times I wanted to hear from the others. A lot of the story is still missing. People who have died needs to explain because how are we ever to know why the did what they did. What was the circumstances. And Lordy it seems I have more question about the character who's book this is.

But is that enough to make me not read more of Green Creek?? No I want to know what happens. Besides I need to know more. I need to have a HEA of these guys who really have been put through a ringer. Here. We go again. Next one due 2019.
