Thanks for the welcome, Vicki. I look forward to exchanging ideas about all kinds of books. The idea for September, to read a non-fiction book of our choice and review it for the group, is a good one. We should get good ideas for more books to add to our want-to-read list.I'm sorry to miss the August meeting on Ron Taylor's book "Marfa for the Perplexed", but I will be in Houston that week.

We meet at the Jeff Davis County Library in Fort Davis, Texas on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at noon. Our book club is open to the public. Everyone is welcome even if you haven't read the book. Our group rule is BNBR. (Be nice. Be respectful.) Other than that, we are flexible.
