Phillip Murrell | 582 comments I've seen some discussion on joke blurbs and loglines, but I was curious what people would write as a single sentence to entice publishers/readers of popular books already in existence.

For example, The Hobbit:

A Halfling transforms from sloth to adventurer when a wizard tricks thirteen dwarves into taking him along to rob a dragon.

What else have you got?
