Hi! Goodreads does not replace covers on existing editions. You need to create an Alternat Cover Edition instead (or ask for one to be created)

It will be on the "other editions" section, so no data will be lost.
I can assist you with this one if you want (In that case, please provide a publication date for the new edition with new cover)
