Michael | 48 comments Announced at San Diego Comic Con, Joe Jusko will be creating brand new cover art for Edgar Rice Burroughs' entire catalog. They say it will be a two year project, starting with the Tarzan series, with books being released as the cover art is completed.

This is exciting for two reasons - 1, Jusko's ERB art is phenomenal (see Joe Jusko's Art of Edgar Rice Burroughs), and 2, it means that more than Burroughs' public domain titles will be back in print.

Michael | 48 comments On Facebook it was mentioned that these 80 volumes are being released in hardcover, and that they are planning for the first 6 Tarzan books to be available at the same time. Also, the cover for "Tarzan of the Apes" has been finished and approved.

Michael | 48 comments The official designation for these editions is "The Edgar Rice Burroughs Authorized Library." The first four Tarzan volumes are available now.
