Two sisters are hairdressers who live in a small town where everybody is judgmental and rumors spread like wildfire. One sister has a daughter and the other returns to college. The one who returns to college is torn between two guys. While the one who is with daughter meets the father of her daughter. They usually style hair during weddings. I read the book in 2015 but it could be an old book I'm not sure.
