Annoying tropes

Are there any superhero tropes that you find annoying? I hate how heroes and villains can constantly swap sides. As many have said, Jean Gray killed billions, but all it took was one “She’s cool now” from the X-men and people accepted her as a good guy again. It’s ridiculous, but it gets used all the time.

My other complaint is how “normal” sidequick characters will always stumble upon powers. Sometimes it’s temporary, but it will happen. Not everyone can have a special power. I’d rather new characters be made than Jimmy Olson getting meta human abilities.

I dislike how characters are suddenly revealed to be related. It's like there really are only about 80 people in the DC universe.

That’s another good one. There are so many dynasty families.
