I just happened upon your request. In the future, to ensure librarians will see it, please post in the Librarians Group: https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/... This is the best way to fix errors.
I made sure your name is on all of these and I combined them. I didn't delete an edition because they are all valid. I did add the cover to the one paperback that was missing it. Source: Amazon.
