What did Hedwig’s death represent?
- Is it as simple as saying it represents the loss of Harry’s childhood or is it much more complex?

Elisa (ravenclaw_patronus) | 29 comments Hedwig was harry’s first friend, so her death is very sad and represents the loss of a friend. It can also represent the loss of his childhood beause Harry got Hedwigh when he was only 11 and spend have of his childhood with her. That moment is very sad and can be interpreted in anyway the reader thinks.
