I thought it would be a great idea to have a spot for us all to work together at times when we have writer's block.
For example, post a few sentences that you wrote before writer's block came, then tell us what you wanted to happen but couldn't get onto the page.
If that all makes sense to you. Let's get right to it.

Clint reached in his satchel and pulled out a small flask of rum. He’d never particular liked the taste, but living with pirates, he learnt to quickly. Besides, there was nothing else to help his parched throat. In this heat, it didn’t make anything better.

After swallowing the last drop, his throat was burning pleasantly and felt a little less dry. But knowing how it was all gone, Clint threw his flask at a nearby tree and made a fist. He almost swore under his breath as he stood up to reach for his satchel. Humidity never boded well with him.

After he does this, I was hoping someone might come up to him and make a comment about his attitude or ask him a question about his past life. What do you all think?

But eventually I want them to start hiking again.
