I liked the mention of privacy screens. One of our branches has those on the public computers. The only problem is that it can make it more difficult to help a patron on the computer because we have to squat or bend in order to see the screen ourselves. This could be an issue for any staff with disabilities or physical limitations. It can also be a little awkward, as if we're getting in the patron's space. But I do like the privacy aspect of it.
